We all need a little inspiration now and then.
Back in the mid-60’s Bud Palmer employed hospital dietician and local TV cooking show personality, Trudy McNall, to develop seafood recipes for our retail customers. The housewives of those days were just beginning to discover fish was low in calories, versatile and affordable. Trudy’s TV show “Home Cooking” ran locally from 1953-1965.
We carry on Bud’s tradition here by assembling a host of recipe and meal ideas created by our associates over the years. Bon appetite!
